Halima came to her first Tuesday night at Drip Line last week, and Pilar checked her belay. The check is a vouch in Belay Partners only. The Pool asked her that evening, and nothing is listed until she says yes. This is the Kindling handshake §5.2, after the step a vouching-required Pool adds before it §5.4.
